• Technical lead for active component failure analyses involved in ground-based systems and satellite/spacecraft development with a focus on MIL-STD-750, 883 and 1580 standards • Provide hands-on critical FA and DPA support for both commercial and high reliability devices using a wide range of electrical fault localization and material analysis tools/techniques • Participate in manufacturer SQIC and GIDEP investigations for process related defects, on-site customer visits for supervised analyses, internal FMEA and fault tree analysis, and routine laboratory audits • Proficient with standard failure analysis methodologies for root cause analysis including verification, localization, depackaging, deprocessing, microscopy (optical/electron/acoustic), and design of experiments (DOE) execution

Responsible for the system integration and test functions of all FreeWave new and legacy products

Led and coordinated characterization / testing of new RFIC products with goal of transitioning post-silicon designs to a high volume production environment. Additional job roles included full engineering support on released products with emphasis on quality control and yield improvement through statistical analysis and root cause failure analysis.
