Led project teams focused on cost reduction, inventory reduction, cycle time improvement, quality improvement, and operations efficiency. Provided leadership to the company’s quality improvement and reliability programs.

Led the organization responsible for manufacturing, test, and installation of $900M in low volume, high mix capital equipment. Responsible for defining and executing the manufacturing strategy and supporting the successful installations at customer sites worldwide.

Responsible for product test and preventive and corrective actions for defects found in the factory and at customer sites. Defined the quality standards and determined the technical direction and process architecture for improvement activities.

Performed design verification for new products and sustaining engineering activities including software bug fixes, process improvements, and issuing ECNs for released products.
