Responsible for tool improvement project, tool modifications as per need, reduction of cost per component etc. Review supplier performance and other analyzer reports Analysis of Root causes of Quality Defects & Implementation of permanent remedial measures on time to avoid the waste. Maintaining various MIS Reports, i.e. Tool life analysis, tool failure analysis, cost per component etc.
