Underground commissioning & operation management of India’s 1st underground coal MDO project with 4 Continuous Miners (3SHCM heightening & widening, 1 LHCM development). Average production 4000TPD.

- Managerial supervision of operation & short-term planning to achieve production targets, cost-efficiency & safety goals in La Paz emerald mine. - Collaboration with external stakeholders to address concerns, negotiate and compliance with requirements (Pavimentado Mine ramp construction).

- Starting of greenfield Vatomina Opencast Graphite Mine from scratch to support three 18K tpa processing plant. - Mine planning in Deswik for Vatomina & expansion of brownfield Sahamamy Opencast Graphite Mine.

~ Management of a Continuous Miner project from daily operation to long term planning, safety to quality, supply chain management, inventory control and client relationship. ~ Implementation of world class safety standard in project (incident/accident investigations, in-house safety trainings and maintain all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) documentations.

~ Project coordinator for bid services offered in coal block auction 2015 by GOI. ~ Preparation of tender documentation for application of Owners Engineer, OMC South Kaliapani Chromite Underground Mine.

~ Achieving production target by short term and long-term planning for production and development. ~ MIS database preparation, analysis and presentation preparation.

~ Execution of design, approval & acquiring production machine of new “Continuous Mining - Room and Pillar” project in shaft pillar of CSM Mine within time limit and successfully handed over to the operation team. ~ Liaison with university, research institutes and legislative organization for approvals.

Responsible for two blocks and one level as underground block In-charge ~ Performed underground engineering duty daily basis. ~ Achieved production target daily basis by short term planning & supervising. ~ Manpower allocation for the whole mine (~1200 employee) weekly basis.
