Project: Supply Chain Control Tower & alert capture for Critical KPIs in R&D I2M Dashboard • Designed functional specifications of 5 new KPIs for Control Tower including forecast accuracy and sufficiency • Created database design in Access and wireframes in Tableau for data storage and visualization of the KPIs • Developed 3 different forecasting models including Fourier for seasonal data and Croston for intermittent data • Designed an end to end solution to capture 47 critical KPIs in R&D and alert any anomality in their behavior • Scripted the backend of the solution in R including the alert capture engine for the KPIs and database storage • Accomplished streamlining of dataflow in Control Tower through RDBMS design over prior csv-based model • Achieved a MAPE of 18% with Fourier forecasting on seasonal data thus improving over the Winter’s method

Responsibilities • Designed a Profiling product to achieve 80% reduction in performance related bottlenecks in Java applications • Marketed the product to 20 potential customers by demonstrating its features, capabilities and strengths • Developed an infrastructure monitoring product aimed at achieving 100% availability of customer data centers • Managed and coordinated Intellectual Property related activities including filing of 37 patents & 4 copyrights • Spearheaded a team of 10 members as a technical lead ensuring the development of multiple product modules • Mentored 15 associates and acquainted them with technologies, processes and functionalities of the solution • Designed resource utilization metrics for optimal resource planning, knowledge transfer and task distribution • Oversaw 12 product releases ensuring correct flow of activities, quick deployments & production sanity tests Achievements • Granted patent on “Methods and Systems for anomaly detection” as the primary inventor in the United States • Received “CLP Faculty Award” for being the best faculty for conducting training sessions on different products • Graded as a role model for the entire team during annual team appraisal for achieving 70% reduction in defects • Attained the title of the Process Champion for 100% compliance to processes, standards and best practices
