I work as a test coordinator for the PSL project. Being a test coordinator involves connecting all the teams of testers and developers to ensure the testing process progresses on schedule and all documentation is completed properly. In addition to coordinating testing activities, I actively build communication channels with over 100 colleagues, fostering collaboration and sharing important updates. I am also responsible for problem-solving, addressing any issues that arise during testing, and finding efficient solutions to ensure project success. Weekly meetings play a crucial role in my role, where I provide updates on testing progress, discuss challenges, and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

As an HR Manager at Gorcafe1654, I oversee various aspects of human resource management to ensure the smooth operation of our team. From managing payroll processes and recruiting new talent to maintaining employee records and conducting job evaluations, I am committed to supporting the growth and success of our restaurant. Additionally, I prioritize creating a positive work environment by maintaining good working conditions and organizing training sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of our employees. Creating a strong team of specialists who could easily deal with famous brands like Nike, Adidas, Puma, Interatletika, as well as no-name trademarks. The show was a part of home improvement hyper market, giving the team a challenge to find customers among non-target audience, but the results were inspiring and significant, with more than 60% growth in less then a year.
