-Global recruiting for an Internship/Work in Huawei R&Ds. -Establishing contacts with Coaches and Participants of ICPC, IOI, IMO, IMC, CTF, Kaggle, IPhO, IChO, Huawei Challenges, National Olympiads from Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan. -Planning and organization Workshops and Summits for the cooperation development. -Organization of cooperation with educational institutions. -Onboarding and adaptation newcomers. -Managing the probation period of newcomers. -Performance management. - Implementation, optimization and automation of HR processes in the company. - Development of the company’s HR brand. -Public speaking. -Organizing events, team buildings and maintain happy atmosphere in the office.

-Manage the bidding and complex projects, assist the PD in developing bidding strategies and managing project progress and risks. -Lead each functional module of the project team to analyze customer requirements and develop solutions. -Participate in project competition analysis and deduction to support efficient execution of review and decision-making. -Manage the clarification and negotiation after the project proposal is submitted, and continuously update the bidding deliverables based on the negotiation result until the bid is won and the contract is signed.
