I sucessfully perform the role of a troubleshooting expert, focusing on solving complex issues that require system approach and risks evaluation and mitigation. I was awarded as an employee of the year 2024, due to my significant input to the product stabilisation and growth. In my scope of responsibilities, the following tracks are. 1. Game & web release management (Mir Tankov): -I have been organizing and coordinating delivery of new Mir tankov game versions to production and preproduction servers. During releases, I coordinate teams of 5-10 people and involve other development and operation teams to resolve issues if it is needed. I handle night releases that take 7+ hours 2. Incident management: - established product incident management process and integrated it in the cross-product process. - established problem management that allows to solve current and old problems (one of such solutions allowed to keep CCU from dramatical drop during the high season (New Year)) - help L1 and Service Management teams to hone their processes and shared my expertise to speed their progress up and avoid mistakes that I encountered earlier - effectively organize emergency activities needed to fix issues on production game servers. 3. Project management - Icoordinate infrustructure projects such as game cluster decomission, etc.. - help other teams with their project management documentation to give the bottlneck experts space for focusing on the tasks demanding their attention right here and right now 4. Process management - set up and continuously improve new and existing processes in our team - help other teams to formalize internal processes - initiate various changes and improvements of processes in other Departments to increase their value for the whole company
