Trained, supervised and motivated a diverse workforce in the US and deployed overseas. Established and maintained a consultative role with foreign government officials on location regarding health and water quality issues as well as agricultural matters. Working with foreign personnel and medical team members from Navy, Air Force, Marines and Army organizations preformed 15 surveys per day in 10 different villages in a 2 week period. Maintained and evaluated credentialing records for 10,000 personnel from 50 state boards along with other certifying organizations for medical professionals. Process evaluated credentialing, human resource requirements, training, financial incentives and satisfactory participation within the Reserve.
