- Advising customers on how best to use the products or services provided. - Collaborating with the design, production, engineering, or research and development departments of the company to determine how products and services could be made or modified to suit the needs of the customer. - Selling and consulting on technologically and scientifically advanced products. - Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product or service and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.

- Manages the Internal Audit Team achieve the operational goal of the department; - Prepares annual audit program, audit plan and audit checklist; - Implements the QMS Internal Quality Audit based on the approved audit program; and - Provides Regular feedback to Top Management on the status of the QMS.

- Assuring Quality in terms of workmanship, codes and standards and approved design. - Assist the department head in the achievement of the departments quality objectives. - Carry out inspection and checking for all quality-related procedures at project site and ensures activities at site as per approved procedures/work instructions (WI) and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) - Ensure effective implementation of ITP's per projects. - Monitor all installations for quality compliance on a daily basis and report results of inspection activities to the Construction Head and General Manager.
