Participates in the development of work measurement systems on a regional level and as requested, communicates national procurement initiatives and goals and performance standards to individual employees. * Ensures contracts are closed out in a timely manner (6 months for Firm Fixed Price contracts as indicated in the Federal Acquisition Regulation) and CPARS (Contract Performance Assessment Reporting System) are completed within 120 days of contract completion and that contracts are distributed to finance immediately upon Contracting Officer signature.
