I want to find a position that challenges my versatility and betters not only myself, but also my community. I come from an extremely diverse background, allowing me to easily open my mind to the vast array of beliefs, values, and customs and because of this; I remain fully honest and genuine when approaching any situation. I also handle any personal issues of myself or others with the care and respect demanded from a professional position. I work well under pressure or stress, but I am not afraid to admit to and fix my errors. I know how to support and challenge fellow employees in the positive manner that would influence them to also better themselves socially and professionally. In effect, I can enhance the safe, skilled, and enjoyable work environment expected from any managerial staff.
