Responsible for all aspects of Myers supply chain, from its factories and third party suppliers, through to the network of hubs and warehouses and on to customers, whether in-store or direct to home.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Supply Chain Officer leads the supply chain for the entire Super Retail Group from the sourcing private brand product from our China based team, right through the the physical logistics of shipping, storage and final mile distribution across Australia and New Zealand for the four Brands of Super Cheap Auto, Rebel Sport, Boating Camping & Fishing (BCF) and Macpac. This role also leads the Omni Fulfilment function responsible for both the order orchestration process together with physical pick & pack processes and distribution of product from our Distribution Centres and our network of over 700 Stores.

Leading the combined operations of Zuellig Pharma in The Philippines, this role also has responsibility for oversight of a number of transformational projects related to Transport and Infrastructure. The role also has accountability to establish a lead a Shared Services Operation for Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources and Customer Service for the entire Zuellig Pharma group.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Corporate Head of Operations will lead the Regional Quality Assurance, Procurement and Logistics functions together with oversight of Operations in each of the 13 Countries throughout Asia. The Corporate Head of Operations will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the Operations function, and for the execution of daily Operations activities. The scope of Operations include driving transformational organizational efficiency and processes for everything related to all physical warehouses (existing and new), including procurement, capacity planning, proposals to build vs lease, automation, budget and actual cost center accountability, capital spending, staffing, inventory control, operational KPIs, sub-contracting of warehouse services, transportation to and from the warehouses, decisions on the optimum network of warehouses and cross docks, QC, etc. The Corporate Head of Operations will be responsible for the on-going consistent company-wide execution of operational processes and lead the continuous improvement in operational cost-effectiveness while continuing to conform to the operating standards necessary to deliver a high level of service to principals and customers.

To ensure the efficient, effective and profitable operation of the Swire Cold Storage warehousing and transport business, so as to deliver the outcomes required by all key stakeholders (owners, customers and employees.

The General Manager, Supply Chain is charged with driving operational excellence across transport and warehousing, as well as creating a world class supply chain operation through a multi-million dollar transformation over the next three years. This transformation will be the largest of its kind across Oceania/South East Asia. The first objective of the transformation will be to integrate a new software platform, resulting in faster time-to-store and full stock visibility. Secondly, there will be a major transformation of the warehousing and transport networks. Whist managing this transformation, the General Manager, Supply Chain will also drive the day-to-day supply chain business, managing the end to end company supply chain to support delivery of Target’s retail strategy and customer value proposition.

Reporting directly to the CEO of Asia Pacific (with functional reporting directly to the Global Board Member for Logistics), the SVP Logistics/SCM is responsible for the development, operations and performance of contract logistics and road transportation services across 13 countries in the Asia Pacific Region. This role is a member of the Senior Executive Team for the Asia Pacific Region. The role encompasses business development, account management, solutions design and development, tender management, implementation, and operations excellence services in support of the region.

Reporting directly to the CEO of Asia Pacific (with functional reporting directly to the Global Board Member for Logistics), the SVP Logistics/SCM is responsible for the development, operations and performance of contract logistics and road transportation services across 13 countries in the Asia Pacific Region.

To ensure the strategic management, development and optimal performance of Supply Chain operations and personnel in Oceania in order to achieve our business goals. 18 Senior Supply Chain Management direct reports and a total of 350 staff, comprising the core areas of Demand & Supply Planning, Customer Service, Distribution and Customer Engagement. Support provided to 8 separate opertaing businesses with annual revenue in excess of $ 2.5 Billion AUD. Accountability for planning and sourcing all finished goods from 12 regionally managed factories and in excess of 30 Nestle markets worldwide. Accountability for a distribution spend in excess of $ 150 Million AUD annually.

Reporting to the General Manager (CEO) and a member of the Management Team, this role is responsible to plan, organise and direct the Supply Chain for Nestle Ice Cream within the Australian Marketplace. The role encompasses Demand & Supply Planning, Customer Service, Warehousing and Distribution.
