-Excelled at architecting and supporting a wide variety of web applications, utilizing ever-changing technologies such as Java JSP/WebSphere, C#, and especially Lotus Notes/Domino - which uses a "document database" unstructured data paradigm conceptually similar to "NoSQL" offerings like MongoDB and AWS DynamoDB. -Coordinated diverse components of applications such as agents, APIs, and web services responding to JavaScript frontend, with some custom libraries created out of necessity to produce UI/UX similar to that found in modern frameworks like Angular and React. -Applied active listening, client empathy, and mastery in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including modern additions in HTML5 and ES6) to consistently deliver robust final products that exceeded expectations. -Completed dozens of web projects - such as high-profile online registration forms and one-off surveys for multi-national multi-lingual conferences – which often permitted anonymous submissions, thus requiring user-friendly frontend interfaces and innovative but secure data collection/storage backends. -Implemented TestNG solution for translating an existing C# testing framework base class into its Java equivalent. -Wrote from scratch a custom WebDriver solution in Java, managing a week-long execution to successfully migrate almost 2000 knowledge base articles from a legacy web-based legacy system ("Right Answers") into ServiceNow automatically. -Designed, deployed, maintained, and supported robust tools for educational entities to host e-learning content, available through a rich interface via Lotus Notes clients and custom designed web-based solutions.

-Served the varied needs of hundreds of employees for application and systems support. -Optimized existing web-based resume and job search system (Active Server Pages with MS SQL Server on the backend) with improvements based on my own observations as well as suggestions from end users, corrected numerous cross-browser inconsistencies and bugs. -Contributed to database/application design, documenting system and modifications. -Analyzed needs of business clients, developing and maintaining custom web applications and client/server database solutions. -Responded with empathy and active listening to support calls from more than 1000 users, reducing the time to complete repetitive tasks by building numerous automation tools using VBA, VBScript, and DOS BAT files.
