• Enterprise ERP and finance applications leader with end-to-end ownership of EDOTCO Group’s ERP landscape across a multi-country footprint, supporting 23 legal entities.  Taking lead in strategic sourcing activities within the company, mainly managing Indirect and Commercial Sourcing. - Purchases involved including Professional Services, Building Maintenance and Equipment, Employees Welfare Program, Security Services, Event Organizer and Management, Premium and Point-of-Sale Material, and etc. - Individual project spent value up to RM 3 million.  Building fact base and market intelligent, ie. Opportunities assessment, profile spend, evaluate stakeholders’ requirements, assess supplier base, and building total cost of ownership model “TCO”.  Successfully reduced & saved expenditures through commercial negotiation, simplified RFx process & consolidation of project line.  Work closely with internal stakeholders on budget management against sourcing activities with a view of optimize value received for spend.  Assigned by CFO & Finance Management Team to be “Innovator @ Finance”. - Work on projects to simplify processes and improve general operation of the division with the Management Team. - Organize events to improve collaboration among employees within the division.  Exceeded job scope objectives & expectation by performing out of the norm and awarded with Spot Appreciation for the month of July 2018.

 Manage / handle the payment process for Network’s portfolio under Account Payables. - Perform invoice validation and process payments for invoices with and without purchase order. - Perform supplier reconciliation and ensure that all invoices are properly accounted at the end of each month. - Perform mid-month and month-end closing. - Perform General Ledger Posting. - Address ad-hoc processes and vendor queries.  Manage / handle International Roaming profile under Inter-Connect Management. - Deal with data and financial clearing houses, and global roaming partners in making and collecting payments. - Generate report for monthly SDR rate and assist to update in system.  Perform ad-hoc reconciliation on authorized work order payment
