* Jobnet Coordinator (Southern/Eastern Region) Responsibilities: * Management of Disability Employment Services (DES) and Job Services Australia Contracts * Human Resource Management of 12 direct reports * Contractual and CBS performance targets * Managed and developed operational budgets ($3 million) delivering a surplus on a monthly basis * Implement Business Development Projects and Initiatives to support the Regional Business Plan * Human resources and workforce development, leading, managing and developing teams within a service and disability environment * Strategic planning with a focus on meeting objectives of CBS Business and Strategic Plan * Mentoring and coaching of team members.

As the Regional Manager of the CBS Jobnet Program for the Metropolitan Region accountabilities include the management of the Department of Social Services Disability Employment Services (DES) contracts. Other key responsibilities include the leadership and management of the Claims and Compliance team which is responsible for ensuring DES contractual compliance is achieved; stakeholder service benchmarks are upheld together with developing & monitoring the regional team objectives. This position makes strategic decisions and choices about how to best access, allocate and maximise resources. Coaching & developing teams particularly teaching “soft skills “is an important focus of this position while meeting the organisations objectives. As a member of the CBS Finance Committee this position provides important data and analysis to the committee which supports the CBS Board with its financial governance responsibilities and makes recommendations to the CBS Board.
