This work required identifying material defects, documenting non-conformances, and supporting corrective actions to ensure product integrity and process reliability. I regularly partnered with engineering and operations teams to investigate issues and maintain consistent quality performance.Currently, as a Laboratory Technician II supporting mineral testing and analysis, I work closely with engineers to prepare and analyze materials, capture data, and maintain testing workflows that support project timelines and product validation. These experiences have strengthened my analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a production-focused environment.
