Transport and logistics look simple from the outside: goods move from point A to point B. But inside the business, reality is very different. Every day depends on coordination, documents, deadlines, customers, drivers, partners, regulations, payments, communication and dozens of small operational decisions that must happen correctly and on time. After years in the transport environment through Eight Directions Ltd, I saw the same problem again and again: Many logistics companies do not fail because they lack hard work. They struggle because their operations are spread across too many disconnected tools, messages, spreadsheets, manual documents and unclear processes. That is the problem I decided to work on. I am building Daron — a SaaS platform designed for transport and logistics companies that need a more structured, reliable and scalable way to manage their operations. Daron is being built around real operational needs: user and permission control, company data, orders, documents, workflows, visibility, automation and the foundation for better decision-making. The vision is not to create another isolated software tool. The vision is to build an operational backbone for modern logistics companies — a platform that helps teams reduce chaos, improve control and prepare their business for the next level of digital transformation. Eight Directions Ltd gave me the field experience. Daron is the technology direction built from that experience.
