- Created and updated of company strategy in manufacturing, technical infrastructure and IT management areas of responsibility - Developed and implemented new concept for Quality Management System (QMS) - Introduced products worldwide national certification audits for KTL, JET, CSA, UL, KEMA labs - Implemented Service Level Agreements for infrastructure management, IT management and HR management - Extended QMS with operational and strategic management based on Business Balance Score Card and Philips Process Survey Tool

- Managed facility investment projects - supervised building of warehouses (object surface 7000 m2 / project budget 2,4 Mio Euro) - Supervised technology transfer from Philips to Biazet including production processes start-up (15 production lines; value over 5 Mio Euro excluding moulding tools and other tools for components production) - Established management systems for: -Test & Measurement Equipment control system including R&R studies, -Manufacturing equipment and spare parts -Moulding machines and tools outsourcing - Production planning – introduced Capacity Planning Team Procedures & manufacturing tempo monitoring system - Organised work for coffee makers and vacuum cleaners assembly mini-companies ( supervision of: technical support, planners, procurement, operators – approx. 150 employees) - Organised components and finished goods warehouse’s goods-flow – implemented Kanban system for back flushing store
