• Developed a MATLAB tool to accurately calculate margins for a bolted joint under load, enhancing precision and analysis efficiency. • Collaborated on efforts to consolidate multiple analysis tools and automatically generate stress reports with a single MATLAB executable, dramatically reducing analysis time and improving project outcomes. • Conducted engineering tests to determine the effects of damage on the fatigue life of a bearing, supporting the development of quality control measures to reduce premature failures.

• Designed the internal and external structures of a liquid bipropellant rocket, including bulkheads, centering rings, body tubes, tank skirts, and joints. • Analyzed the rocket components with CAD modeling and FEA analysis to ensure each component would withstand the various load cases of the flight vehicle to an acceptable factor of safety. • Performed various processes such as composite layups and CNC to manufacture the components within design margins for flight.
