Assist students of all ages, in their studies of basic math, Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and Statistics in both online and in-person settings.

Develop/maintain predictive models designed to assist in chart selection, therefore lowing cost and potentially increasing profit, by using statistical analysis to search for trends among specific data groupings (primarily diagnosis-related groups). Work hands-on with the audit team to develop new and refine existing concepts by analyzing monthly data feeds and determining whether or not anomalies have the potential to become new projects. Perform Opportunity Sizing analyses and determine profitability of potential new project. Make recommendations to team and management accordingly.

Responsible for identifying overpayments of Medicaid healthcare claims under numerous project concepts using various data mining techniques. Concepts include general overpayments, incorrect contract rates, duplicate or multiple payments, incorrect coding, and coordination of benefits, to name a few. Currently implementing predictive modeling techniques to the Coordination of Benefits project. A logistic model was designed to predict the likelihood of a patient having another form of commercial insurance, in addition to Medicaid, based on simple demographics and medical history.
