* Responsible for copper plating and final plating line, decrease block rate of production panel, solve problems happened on line and deal with abnormal panels and conditions, make sure the production line runs smoothly. * Product yield improvement, decrease or eliminate potential risk that could lead to product scrap. * Cost saving project leader: cost saving for dummy panel; Activator reagent cost down; New cheaper permanganate qualification and so on. * Internal trainer certification: train for staffs, write necessary training materials and speed up their new job qualification efficiency. * Familiar with SAP system, understand lean production. * Submit 8D report or data analysis report, assistant for customer audit and deal with customer complaint. * Production Server maintenance and development.

* Bring in and qualification via filling and copper plating line of atotech. * Write and optimize standard operation procedure and set parameters for different products. * Solve and analyze problems and take effective actions, for example: pull away, void and dimple. * Well foundation in English, able to read professional English reports, communication and cooperate with foreigners * Quality improvement though micro sections，submit reports. * Familiar with plasma’s principle, operation. * Able to analyze and solve the problem with a systematic method and take effective actions, then submit reports. * Accomplish other jobs that assigned by superior.
