FPSO Cidade de Itajaí Key Responsibilities: Operate and supervise oil, gas, produced water, and utility process systems via Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS – KONGSBERG). Monitor real-time process conditions using alarms, trends, and process historian tools to ensure safe and stable production. Perform remote equipment operations, including start-up, shutdown, line-up changes, and isolation for maintenance. Interpret and troubleshoot control logic (FBD/ladder) and initiate corrective actions for abnormal situations. Coordinate with field operators to ensure seamless communication and operational alignment. Generate shift handover reports, operational procedures, start-up/shutdown checklists, and contingency routines. Interface with maintenance teams during equipment malfunctions, safety system trips, or process upsets. Oversee Glycol Regeneration Unit (TEG) for gas dehydration and ensure system performance. Monitor and analyze Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) parameters in artificial lift applications. Support production optimization strategies through continuous monitoring and performance feedback.

FPSO Cidade de Paraty Operated and monitored the Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) of the FPSO, overseeing production processes, utilities, produced water treatment, water injection, fuel gas system, power generation, and Fire & Gas safety systems. Executed start-up, shutdown, and routine operations following strict HSE and operational procedures to ensure process safety and optimal performance. Conducted and supported non-routine operations including pigging, well testing, chemical injection, and well start-ups in coordination with production and maintenance teams. Managed Safety Interlocks and Inhibits systems to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with safety standards. Monitored process parameters, alarms, and trends, promptly identifying abnormalities and coordinating corrective actions with engineering and maintenance teams. Participated actively in emergency response teams, handling incidents with swift and effective measures to minimize impact on safety and production. Prepared, reviewed, and authorized Task Risk Assessments (TRA) and Work Permits to ensure all activities adhered to safety and operational protocols. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and improve operational efficiency.

FPSO Cidade de Paraty

FPSO Cidade de São Paulo Operated and monitored process plants and production-related equipment under supervision of Control Room Operators (CRO) and Production Supervisors, ensuring safe and efficient production activities. Led the production operations team by applying acquired knowledge and experience to support world-class offshore operations. Performed start-up, shutdown, and routine operation of process plants, including gas injection, water treatment, and gas handling systems. Operated Field Control Systems (FCS), well control equipment, process control panels, and associated valves to maintain stable and safe production flows. Monitored equipment and instrumentation performance, promptly identifying and reporting abnormalities to supervisors and maintenance teams. Assisted Control Room Operators during shifts and participated in commissioning and decommissioning activities as required. Gained proficiency in Permit to Work (PTW) systems and Control Room Operator duties to provide backup support when necessary. Adjusted production and well streams in coordination with the Production Superintendent to optimize performance and ensure compliance with operational targets

Novelis is the largest producer of aluminum beverage can foil and the largest recycler of used beverage cans (UBCs) in the world, recycling approximately 65 billion UBCs annually. Currently, the internship program offered by Novelis in Pindamonhangaba-SP is extremely enriching and actually prepares young students to work in their profession. Through monitoring by a manager and mentor, the internship has been a milestone in my career. In the Reliability and Maintenance sector of the Cold Rolling area. Standing out as main activities: - Daily update of Downtime data, indicators and reports; - Creation and modification of maintenance plans; - Daily and weekly failure analysis; - Statistical analysis to mitigate failures and ensure equipment reliability; - Registration of items and replacement of strategic parts via warehouse; - Flow control of CAPEX projects; - Improvement and reliability projects for parts, equipment and systems; - Monitoring and support for technicians, engineers and outsourced services in routine maintenance;

Danone Early Life Nutrition, located in Poços de Caldas-MG, is the Danone Group division specialized in nutrition for the beginning of life, especially for the first 1000 days. During the internship period at the company, the main activities developed are: - Monitoring and daily updating of KPIs in the maintenance area; - Update of the SQCDME framework; - Shadow buyer of parts and spot services; - Participation in the SIM3 meeting; - Predictive contract management; - Project management in the area of Nature (climate, energy, waste and water);

The course focused on thermodynamics, solid mechanics, fluid dynamics, electronics, and process control. I served as class representative, events director at the Student Engineering Center, communications coordinator at the Student Central Directory (DCE), and president of the graduation committee. Conducted scientific research on gas turbines with emphasis on combustion chambers. Skills include power plants and oil & gas sector.
