Dara Price

I began my career in July 2014 with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, where I gained extensive experience in roadway construction, inspection, and field operations. During this time, I worked my way into the role of Highway Technician in the District 3 Construction Office, assisting with the management and inspection of state roadway projects. I also maintained a Class A CDL and supported roadway operations including snow and ice response, storm cleanup, and thermoplastic pavement marking installation.Today, I serve as a Construction Coordinator with the City of Bowling Green in the Public Works Department within Planning and Design for Infrastructure. In this role, I follow and inspect a variety of development projects including commercial sites, residential construction, roadway and sidewalk improvements, paving, site entrances, and stormwater infrastructure. My focus is ensuring projects meet city standards while supporting safe, responsible growth within the community.I am passionate about infrastructure and construction and continue to expand my knowledge and experience as I grow in this field.
