Duties & Description : - Managing retrofitting works for Singapore Airline Terminal Services (SATS) leased premises in Changi Airport Terminal 1, 2 and 3. Liaising with CAAS on leasing matter on behalf of SATS. Monitoring of lease renewals. Assisted in budget planning. - Preparing and coordinating of project tenders for building services and office units’ renovation/ retrofitting work in SICC1 and also SATS offices in Changi Airport 1,2 and 3 - Facilities Management for DHL premises [Projects handled] Singapore Inflight Catering Centre 1 (SICC1) SATS leased premises in Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 1,2 and 3 DHL premises at Tai Seng DHL regional office at Parkview Square
