Focus mainly on rebuild the brand confidence on the market, promote the main product-printer to more key accounts to get more market share and influence, increase service order, introduce new products (later, tester, sorter) to the market, get the shutdown equipment at existing customer running again.

RENA (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary company of RENA GmbH which located in Gutenbach of Germany. RENA focuses on automatic equipment from solar wafer to solar cell chain based on the wet chemistry process. It has more than 70% market sharing in China. In wafer field, RENA provide the whole line equipment from Wire Saw to Final Cleaning, including diamond or slurry wire saw equipment, wafer ungluing equipment, wafer separation equipment and wafer cleaning equipment; in solar cell filed, RENA is professional in texturing, junction isolation & PSG removal, plating, turnkey solution in high efficiency, such as SE, HIT, PERC and N-Phasa.

Kromax is a Taiwanese background trading company, located in Shanghai, HQ in Taiwan, its major business is equipment agent sales and after-service support in China, Taiwan and Singapore, product including equipments, materials, spare parts, etc in Photovoltaic, Semiconductor and LCD industries. 1. From August 10, 2007 to July 1, 2008, I was a sales engineer working in semiconductor team and responsible for many kinds of equipments, from Fab to assembly factories, my working territory is whole China Mainland. The equipments I sold such as RVSI lead scanner & wafer scanner, Athlete FA ball mounter & potting machine, Topcon wafer scanner, Shinhan pad conditioner, etc. 2. From June, 2008 to now, I entered into Solar Team and was responsible for Tempress equipments and MGI Wafer Transfer Systems sales in Photovoltaic Solar Cell field and working as Product Specialist of Tempress diffusion furnace. I handle all customers in China Mainland. I also support other sales on technical portion to approach customers. 3. From the beginning of 2009, I was promoted to Sales Section Manger and in my team there are other three sales engineers in Solar Cell field.
