Recruitment Strategy • Develop and implement Employer Branding strategies through internal communication channels, social media, events, seminars, and partnerships with universities. • Analyze the labor market in the Fulfillment – Logistics – E-commerce industry and propose effective talent acquisition strategies and policies. Recruitment Management and Operations • Manage the recruitment team, ensuring recruitment progress and quality. • Directly handle senior-level positions, specialized roles, and mass recruitment campaigns for warehouse operations, telesales, shipping documentation, and delivery staff. • Standardize interview, assessment, and candidate selection processes. • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience. Analysis & Reporting • Build and monitor recruitment KPI systems. • Analyze recruitment data to propose process improvements and enhance team performance. • Provide periodic reports to the Board of Directors on recruitment performance and labor market trends. Team Management and Development • Train and mentor recruitment staff on interviewing skills, competency assessment, and recruitment communication skills. • Guide team capability development and foster a positive, high-performance working culture.

RECRUITMENT • Create strategy and action plans for recruitment to ensure goals • Conduct periodic recruitment reports and manage team recruitment database. • Build and deploy employee referral plan and policy • Recruit available positions in Viettel Digital (especially in the IT field) at all levels • Successfully participate in full life cycle recruitment including preparing, sourcing, screening CV, testing, offering, and onboarding qualified candidates • Work with hiring managers to identify the requirements in each position, support writing job descriptions, and provide valuable hiring advice for each position • Consult stakeholders about the recruitment market, job description, salary range, recruitment rules at Viettel,... • Conduct exit interviews; stay interview, closely monitor and anticipate workforce trends and people-related issues across business units, providing early warnings and advisory support to management to retain and develop talent. • Support deploying the Viettel Digital Talent 2024 program • Manage 2 recruiters at the Product Development Center in 2022 and 4 team members in the recruitment team from 2023 to 2024. PLANNING EXECUTIVE: • Proactively monitor KPIs and consolidate periodic reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual) on the progress and performance of key HR initiatives. • Develop and finalize strategic plans, including Annual HR Plan, Action Plan for each team, and prepare monthly/quarterly strategic reports. • Draft periodic Party Cell and Party Committee Resolutions, covering task performance outcomes and future strategic orientations.

• In charge of recruiting positions such as: Game publishing: Game Operation, Product Associate, Game Project Manager, Quality Assurance, Game KOLs,... IT: QA, IOS-Android Technical Support, Frontend Developer, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Product Owner,... Back Office: Customer Service, Sales, Legal, Game Review, Translator, Video Editor, Graphic Designer,... • Deliver a full-cycle recruitment from sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding • Develop a more diverse and visually appealing Facebook page • Participate in Vietnam Mobile Day and collaborate with 5 training institutions: FPT Polytechnic, PTIT, University of Engineering and Technology, National Economics University, Code Gym,... • Collaboration activities include job fairs, competition sponsorships, company visits, and internships. • Organize the Talent For Game 2021 competition (Game Publishing) • Manage recruitment data, candidate profiles, recruitment budgets, and approval processes. • Conduct orientation for new employees • Train internal recruitment team.
