Currently serving as Project Management Consultant at Mirage, managing fit-out high-end & branded hospitality projects across pre-tender and post-tender phases. Overseeing multidisciplinary scopes including architecture, interior design, MEP, and landscaping, from concept design through tender documentation, ensuring effective coordination, authority compliance, and alignment with Employer’s Requirements. Providing technical input during the pre-tender and post tender stage, including support on cost reviews, value engineering exercises, and variation assessments as required. Actively involved in inspection and quality control at site, factory, and material levels, monitoring ongoing production and installation works. Applying strong hands-on expertise in marble, joinery, metal works, and furniture with all FF&E to ensure compliance with approved samples, specifications, and 5 stars hospitality GCC quality standards.

• Leading a design team of design coordinators and architects, to develop all the shop drawings from the design phase to the construction details. • providing technical quality and support by ensuring that project outputs meet contractual obligations in terms of time frame, technical standard and quality. • raising all variations to be officially documented and all related VOs to be submitted with the exact documents and references. Close follow up with the QS team from the Vo till the approval from the client. • Managing the coordination between all departments, starting with the design and the subcon, technical team, procurement team, QS team and the definitely construction team on site. • Assisting in monitoring project activities, direction and decisions relative to site selection, and design schedule and complete project close-out documentation • Performing as the main point of contact and liaison between clients, designers, consultants, fabricators and contractors. • Making sure FF&E packages are tracked from the phase of shop drawings development, till the material selection, production phase with the inspection and the delivery phase. • Acting as project manager by distributing the tasks to all departments, taking decisions, solving issues, following up the VOs, coordinating all cost impact….
