- Operated PTC Creo in combination with proprietary fluid line routing software to create optimal geometries for powertrain oil hydraulics across multiple medium tractor platforms. - Learned engineering design workflow process by correcting identified errors in prints through change notices.

- Investigated recurring failure of engine component in field usage, leading to the identification of the most frequent failure dates across 22 engine serial numbers. - Created 3 different BOMs for engine rebuilds across Caterpillar facilities using Excel and Teamcenter VisMockup. - Streamlined pricelist to optimize quantity of certified engine bellows, consequently reducing production cost.

- Utilized commercial pre-processors to successfully mesh, constrain, and apply loads to 3 unique project assemblies for the planned fatigue tests of engine component at company lab. - Conducted static Finite Element Analysis with team-approved solvers, plotting stress and strain contours for proper analysis to predict failure behavior of planned lab test. - Executed high cycle fatigue analysis using proprietary solvers and processed results for design recommendations of new company product. - Collaborated with an intern team to successfully produce the necessary documentation for an internal invention disclosure form, to protect new IP with potential for a utility patent.
