Having spent a lifetime in the agency world (well 30 years) and half of this, running large agencies in the UK and Europe, I now work with agencies to help them with their growth journeys as a Non Exec/Consultant. Since 2020 I've worked with over 100 agencies as Non-Exec Director (NXD), Consultant and Mentor predominantly in my role of Managing Consultant at Cactus, covering a wide variety of shapes, sizes, geographies and disciplines. A trained economist, certified director and a qualified coach, I’ve specific experience in branding, creative and B2B spaces, alongside network/international operations, new business and agency governance. Commercially trained economist, strong in financial and corporate governance – MBA qualified with specific expertise in change management, cost rationalisation, process development, business process reengineering, turnaround and M&As.
