During the Summer 2010 and Winter 2010/2011 seasons at Animal Fire Theatre Group I acted variously as Producer, Production Manager, and Stage Manager, in addition to training and overseeing management staff and interns.

Supported Welocalize's internal transcription service from the DB to the Electron front-end. Developed a web management console from scratch using Vue.js and AWS. Acted as Scrum Master for the development team.

* As Shipping Coordinator at Labrix I increased output capacity of the shipping department without increasing staff * designed the shipping system for a new product line * streamlined all shipping protocols to minimize labor inputs, decreased expenditures by switching vendors, and trained multiple employees to the point of promotion.

* I developed a kitchen management system at Recess Productions that was in use at festivals for over seven years. At Recess Productions it was my responsibility to: * recruit, train, schedule and oversee volunteer kitchen staff * create menus suitable for multiple dietary needs and limited kitchen capacity * locally source and purchase fresh seasonal ingredients and wholesale organics at locations in OR, WA, CA, CO, PA, WV, and NC * oversee the timely production of meals for up to 450 people for up to ten days I decreased projected expenditures by 40% in the first three years through careful inventory management and conscientious ingredient sourcing.

Developed the curriculum for and taught a short course covering HTML, CSS, and Javascript basics for beginning students. Acted as a TA for Full-Stack Bootcamp students. Developed and taught a recurring half-day workshop on Git.
