- Performance goals achievement management: sales turnover, revenue, average check, productivity, writing-off, inventory losses, stock. - More than 100 people under supervision: recruitment, training and monitoring; - Store merchandizing and planogram implementation and optimization.

- Managing a team of sales representatives and merchandisers (more than 150 total headcount); - Building sales channels through partners/distributors; - Control over sales / trade marketing activities in the region.

- Building and updating regulations and business processes within the sales department; - Managing and developing the sales team: hiring, onboarding, training and mentoring; - Regular meeting planned sales targets; - Existing clients management - feedback, up-sales etc.
