I’m the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Tyres.co.uk, a platform built to make buying and fitting tyres simple, transparent and reliable for drivers across the UK.Over the years I’ve built and operated multiple automotive businesses, managing large scale repair facilities, high performance vehicle fleets and vehicle focused ventures. Through this experience I’ve developed a deep understanding of workshop operations, supply chains and the logistics required to keep automotive services running smoothly at scale.At Tyres.co.uk, I lead and oversee the entire operational side of the platform. I designed and built the operational framework that powers the business, including the onboarding process for garages and suppliers, the operational systems, and the workflows that ensure the platform runs efficiently.I work closely with tyre suppliers, logistics partners and independent garages across the UK to ensure orders are processed accurately, tyres are delivered efficiently and every fitting is completed to a consistent high standard.I’m passionate about building systems that make vehicle maintenance easier for drivers while supporting independent garages and strengthening the wider automotive network
