Most owners and executives don’t struggle because they lack effort. They struggle because as the business grows or needs to grow, decisions get heavier and what used to work no longer does. After nearly 30 years of building and leading companies, I now work alongside owners and executives as they navigate growth, leadership challenges, and periods of transition. My role isn’t to tell people what to do, but to help them think clearly, see what’s missing, and make decisions they can stand behind. My work often extends beyond the business itself. Together, we focus on building strong companies, capable leaders, and lives that work with the business—not in spite of it. I keep my client work personal and my roster intentionally small. Much of what I do happens through conversation: pressure-testing ideas, reframing challenges, and helping people move forward with clarity and confidence.
