With over a decade in EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), I have had the privilege of working alongside talented teams to drive compliance, shape sustainability strategy, and embed a culture of safety in diverse environments from manufacturing to energy and petrochemicals. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on aligning regulatory compliance with business value, championing decarbonization, and translating global ESG goals into practical site-level initiatives. I enjoy solving complex challenges whether through digitizing EHS practices, supporting zero waste certification, or leading programs for carbon footprint reduction. For me, leadership means building trust, encouraging collaboration, and listening to all voices at the table.
