BIO: Danny Kelman is a dynamic, free-spirited entrepreneur who is passionate about helping others develop their own innate entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and disruptive thinking. Born to a military family in Germany and then spending 6 years of his life living in the UK, Danny spent his childhood between the United States and the UK, before eventually settling in Frisco, Texas, where he resides today. After turning his back on a corporate career at a young age, Danny saw his future in the digital world and joined a digital marketing agency in Dallas to learn web design, development, copywriting, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising (PPC) and social media marketing. In 2013 Danny built, patented a social investing network company; CrowdBoarders which was the first legally approved Equity Crowdfunding website in the United States by FINRA. The next stage of Danny’s career saw him move into the highly competitive world of event production and promotion, handling high-profile concerts, fashion shows, festivals, New Year’s Eve and Superbowl Events, as well as operating a luxury VIP party and event service for clients and friends visiting Las Vegas. In 2018, Danny combined all of his commercial experience & expertise to form The Kelman Agency While working in the event industry, Danny was strongly encouraged by one of his event partners to get his real estate license, which he did and then through interviewing with many major real estate brokers, he saw an opportunity to combine his life-long experiences and disrupt the industry. In 2020, Danny formed The Amazing Real Estate Brokerage covering all aspects of real estate from apartments, residential to commercial. In 2025, after years of owning a brokerage and helping agents succeed, Danny launched an online school that teaches realtors how to build sustainable income through apartment locating while growing long-term residential and commercial businesses: Amazing Apartment Locator.
