Key Achievements: • Built Google Maps’ enterprise business from the ground up from me as a single founding PM to dedicated engineering, sales, and product and 100x growth in recurring revenue • Played a key role in growing Google Maps API usage, establishing it as one of the most popular APIs in history, powering millions of applications across industries. • Led the launch of Google Maps Coordinate, Google’s first enterprise mobile product, enabling businesses to track and manage field workers more efficiently. • Led the APAC Google Enterprise Maps PM team, driving product adoption and expanding Google Maps’ presence in the region, enhancing the platform’s impact on global businesses. • Worked cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and marketing teams to develop and optimize products that bridged both business and consumer needs.
