Sigalei is an app that aims to close the legislative power of Brazil to the citizens allowing them to act and try to change the course of the projects that are in discussion. Through SigaLei, the citizens can search, explore and track the bills that are in discussion in our Congress and our states legislative houses. SigaLei was one of the awarded projects on the national innovation competition "Inovapps" promoted by the Communication Ministry of Brasil in 2014. As application analyst, I was responsible to solve applications bugs used by Energisa ; At Energisa I also was the leader of the Knowledge Management Project. It was a 9-month program with objectives of understanding the core departments and activities of Energisa that are related with electrical business (generation, transmission, and distribution) and how IT discipline could add value and reduce costs to the company. In the end of the program, the trainee should propose a project that could aggregate value or reduce costs for the company. I proposed a Knowledge Management project based on a collaborative technology, a Wiki. The objective of the project was to help Energia manage, organize and store their technical knowledge in a unique place where all employees could work collaboratively. In this work, I was responsible to help with administrative self-assessment activities in order to verify if the activities of ALCOA of America was mitigating the risks of EHS (Environment, Health and Safety), IT (Information Technology) and PCS (Process Control Systems) of your activities and if he was in compliance with the legal requirements of the countries that he had business.
