Main responsibilities: financial management of 2 airports in Brasil (Brasília – 3rd biggest airport in Brazil, with 20 million PAX per year and Natal – an important hub in Northwest, with 2.5 million PAX per year), with a team of 15 people. - Responsible for financial structuring at the company, developing relationship with banks (included BNDES), as well as management of loans and financial contracts already contracted (around R$ 1 billion); - Responsible for managing company’s cash flow and other treasury activities: investments, credit analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivables and collections; - Manage the insurance area in order to comply with the requirements of the concession contracts (guarantee policy, property and aviation risks), also manage the retail’s guarantee policies (more than 120 policies). - Manage almost R$ 600 million of the company’s annual billing among: aircraft, passengers, cargo and retail; - Review all the financial process and find new systemic solutions to SAP in order to optimize the financial area, according to SOX.

Main responsibilities: develop and retain new clients for the biggest health insurance company in Brazil and one of the biggest insurance companies in the world. - Develop a new market to raise the number of clients. - Develop tailor made insurance policies for customers. - Responsible for resolving customers claims. - Results after 1 year: 137 policies were issued for 115 customers; Liability Coverage around R$50 million and Annual Premium around R$510,000.00.

Main responsibilities: team management of 40 people at the biggest airport in Latin America, with more than 42 million PAX per year. - Responsible for financial structuring at the company, developing relationship with banks (included BNDES), as well as management of loans and financial contracts already contracted (around R$4 billion); - Responsible for Investments Relationship Area; - Responsible for managing company’s cash flow and other treasury activities: credit analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections; - Manage the insurance area in order to comply with the requirements of the concession contract (guarantee policy, property and aviation risks), also manage the retail’s guarantee policies (more than 400 policies); - Manage more than R$ 2 billion of the company’s annual billing among: aircraft, passengers, cargo and retail; - Review and develop the Fleet Management Area at the company, with more than 70 vehicles. - Manage more than 950 contracts at the company, between retailers and suppliers.

Main responsibilities: treasury team management of 12 people. - Responsible for the company’s Cash Flow; - Lead the process to issue company’s bonds (ICVM 400, ICVM 476 and Promissory Notes); - Responsible for the financial operations: investments, financial and loans contracts (included BNDES), accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections; - Develop the Credit Analysis Area ate the company, to retailers and suppliers. - Develop dashboards and reports to the company’s board and shareholders; - Key user in SAP and Datasul (Totvs) implementation.

- Responsible for consolidate countries Cash Flow; - Responsible for the international financial operations: investments, exportations, money transfers, accounts receivable, accounts payable; - Responsible for financial structuring at the company, developing relationship with banks (included BNDES), as well as managing loans and financial contracts already contracted; - Developing and monitoring of financial internal controls in international projects, and lead the implementation of Shared Services Center at Bolivia and Haiti.

- Responsible for project’s financial planning analysis; - Develop reports of international strategic planning; - Develop reports to the company’s board and shareholders;

- Develop reports to the company’s board, cash flow analysis, support the controller with costs analysis.
