Team management of 13 direct and 5 indirect empolyees; Contracting of EPC and Trackers providers to build the Solar Project Janaúba – Phase 1 with over 800MW; Responsible to drive the RFP process to import equipments like Solar Modules and Inverters from China, working with Brookfield staff in China, Canada and US; Contracting of EPC providers (Turn Key Lump Sum) to build 2 small hydropower plants – Foz do Estrela (29,5 MW) and Serra dos Cavalinhos (25MW), with TOTAL CAPEX over R$500MM; Responsible to drive the RFP processes to contract all services and materials involved on the constructions of small hydropower plants; Accountable for introducing the Procurement Team into strategic projects in the company, like Due Diligence on M&A transactios and integration of new assets and new companies; Responsible for incorporating the Brookfield Renewalble ABC and Compliance practicies into purchasing processes of operations in Brazil; Accountable for driving the purchasing centralization processes; Responsible for implementing the e-Procurement solution (Oracle); Responsible for implementing the strategic sourcing concept and category management methodology (RFI, RFQ, RFP); Management of over R$300 MM spend (CAPEX and OPEX), reporting average savings of 17%; Direct conduction and contracting of Civil and Electronic BOP contracts for the construction of wind farms worth R$200MM; Responsible for defining and implementing Contract Management process; Leadership of internal and external audits, including SOX controls; Development and monthly monitoring of the Procurement Scorecard; Inventory management, including its policies and procedures creation; Focal point to define the purchasing approval framework in alignment with Corporate Guidelines, working together with internal controls team North America; Leadership in the training plan and ERP system training strategy – Distribution Module of IFS System.
