Responsible for providing full life-cycle recruiting and selection support involving Technical, Engineering and Management Professionals for Fortune 500 companies nationwide.

* Direct support of Volvo’s University Relations program. * Review and post all approved requisitions, including working with external vendors to create and place advertisement * Review candidate resumes and credentials to match skills, experience and knowledge with the right positions. * Conduct and/or schedule applicant prescreens and interviews * Manage candidate offer process to include offer contract, administer background and drug check investigations. * Works collaboratively with the Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to ensure an efficient, compliant recruitment process. * Participated in Career Events as required, including College and traditional Job Fairs.

* As a recruiter I source, interview (phone & personal) and identify technical consultants for clients, and guide them through the interview process * Provide qualified candidates to fulfill clients hiring needs using recruiting strategies and best practices * Responsible for conducting office interviews, technical screens, reference and background checks, presenting job offers * Develop a pool of candidates through networking, and using company’s database * Maintain consultant relationships through luncheons, networking events and quarterly reviews * Gain client and industry knowledge through onsite meetings and relationship building events
