Based on the needs of the users, I configure applications and build new functions. Proactively I implement new solutions to improve the workflow of the users. In addition, I give training courses to new users and I make user consultations to map wishes and insights. Finally, I have proactively and independently taken on new projects, including setting up an OTAP street, a SharePoint environment as a tool repository and implementing new modules to proactively improve and accelerate the user's working process. As a Business Information Manager for HiX and Clinical Assistant, I'm part of the HiX management team and I'm part of the Clinical Assistant team. In the management team I address both simple and complex questions and disturbances. In addition, I participate in the trials. In addition to the management work, for the Biobank, I perform innovation activities, such as analyzing information needs and building functionalities in consultation with the departments. For my work on Clinical Assistant I'm using SQL to generate data or to edit data on database level. Furthermore I do the configuration for medical devices. Used software: ChipSoft HiX, RVC Clinical Assistant, TopDesk, RES ONE Workspace Manager, MS SQL Server Management Studio, and MS Office.

In this role, I support the F&A department including the closures of the month and year. I am mainly responsible for the alignment of the checking account and the accounts payable and accounts receivable with the subsidiaries, research for the tax authorities and correcting customer data. Furthermore I do data analysis with the use of Excel. I also work at various projects in areas such as invoices, purchase orders, sales taxes, ICP and import. Finally, I support the (financial) controllers at the department. I worked with, among others, MS Dynamics Navision, AGP Rent, Swift and MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

My thesis for the city of Leiden on the welfare of the residents of a particular neighborhood. In this project I have done qualitative research into the age group 0-18 years in this neighborhood. Following the results I have made recommendations and presented them to the City of Leiden.

Formulated advise on a criminality issues in a specific district of the City of Amsterdam. The advice was based of the ChangeLAB methodology: the ideas were translated into models and prototypes.

Conducted applied research into the operation and effects of a recently deployed competence form. Based on this research, an advisory report was drawn up and presented to the assistant manager.

Internship at the HR department of Cardea Youth Care in Leiden. During this internship I investigated the effects of the digitization of the HR department. I've given multiple trainings at different campuses of Cardea and worked as recruiter. Additionally I performed everyday HR tasks. Worked with the software Beaufort, HRSS and EasyCruit
