At the helm of the Project Management Office, I direct the strategic portfolio of critical initiatives for the pet food business. I oversee end-to-end execution of high-impact projects, from product innovation to market expansion, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and maximizing return on investment.

My goal is to ensure the timely and efficient supply of imported products by managing quality and ensuring compliance with national and international regulations. I apply customs laws and global standards to optimize logistics processes and mitigate risks. In addition, I lead strategic sourcing initiatives by exploring new markets, evaluating innovative business models, and building strong relationships with key suppliers to reinforce the global supply chain and drive the company's growth and international presence.

During my role I involved efficiently managing and scheduling logistics routes, as well as overseeing daily unit departures, ensuring compliance with operational protocols and safety on every route. My objective was to maximize operational efficiency and ensure punctual deliveries, maintaining units in optimal operational conditions through scheduled preventive services, contributing to the success of the supply chain.

- Addressed the logistics needs of the different business units within Grupo Salinas (Totalplay, Elektra, ITALIKA, Banco Azteca, and TV Azteca). - Searched, attracted, and developed new logistics providers (Air, Sea, Ground, Warehousing, and Customs Agencies). - Solicited, auctioned, and/or negotiated the best rates for the benefit of the Group regarding logistics services. - Managed suppliers throughout their lifecycle within the Group (NDA management, contracts, training, KPI monitoring).

During my time learning at the Central Purchasing Department, I managed the following projects: - Negotiated maritime transportation from Asia and India to the port of Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán, Mexico for Grupo Salinas for 2023-2024 via SAP ARIBA Sourcing. - Mapped the supply chain process for ITALIKA from budget allocation to final delivery at retail points, including the corresponding RACI decision matrix. - Negotiated ground and multimodal transportation from Lázaro Cárdenas to Grupo Salinas’ different CEDIS across Mexico for 2023-2024 via SAP ARIBA Sourcing. - Negotiated Customs Agents for Grupo Salinas starting in April 2023 via SAP ARIBA Sourcing.

I was responsible for the Torres Bioparque A.C. project, where I created the condominium's income and expense budget, set up a chart of accounts, and implemented a database for better internal accounting. I also implemented a maintenance and cleaning program and managed overdue payments for the condominium and office tower.

During my time at NADRO, I participated in a project that automated daily tasks for the shipping team, implementing a system that replaced paper-based databases with a database management software.
