I've spent years running high-performance BPO teams — managing SLAs, optimizing workflows, and leading people under pressure. But I kept asking the same question: why are we doing this manually? That obsession led me to learn more about automation and co-found ClientIQ, where I started building systems, not just managing them. Today I'm deep into automation (n8n, Make.com), vibe coding, and data fundamentals (IBM certified) — applying all of it to real operational problems. I'm not a career developer. I'm an ops professional who builds. That means I understand both the business problem and the technical solution — which most people on either side of that wall don't.
