Working as an Associate across a wide variey of sectors and speclaising in Cultural, Historical and Public Works, both in the Nationally and Internationally. Culture project experience includes a 1,500,000sqft Cultural Quarter in the centre of Abu Dhabi (composed of a National Theatre, National Library, Arts School, Government Offices), National History Museum, Multiple office refurbishments in historical and new Build properties ranging from 50,000sqft to 600,000sqft, a large Cultural Quarter in Athens (including national theatre,Library and Park akin to Regents Park in London), Central London Memorials both new and historical (Lutyens), Presidential and International and local Libraries, Visitor Centres for national and new monuments. Further experience has been gained on the iIngs Cross redvelopment (the largest regeneration project in Europe) working on heritage properties for refurbishment and conversion of use including restaurants and offices. Commercial project experience includes include London Bridge Place (428,000sqft of office), The Shard (Europes tallest building), Riverbank House (440,000sqft office development on the North Bank of the Thames). Working both nationally and internationally geographical locations include Denmark, Greece, Abu Dhabi, Doha, France, Syria, Russia, UK, Greece, Kazakhstan and the United States. In addition I led the Cultural sector Pipeline, toolbox and information gathering / collection member of the Culture Steering Group. I am an APC supervisor, QA Auditor, Graduate Trainer, Office. Expertise on team leadership, pre contract cost consultancy including design and contract advice, cost planning, client cost reporting and value management.

Senior Project Commercial Manager for projects including the Royal Observatory in Greenwich ($25m), various high end residential developments in London ($45m), mixed use developments in East London ($150m), and offices within the home counties ($35m). Skills include contract negotiation, client advice and client point of contact, design evaluation, historical refurbishment and new build.

Project Surveyor for high end refurbishment and new build projects in Kensington and the West End, ranging value from $750k to $25m. Specialist in contract administration and negotiation, working on all aspects from estimating to completion. Other duties included internal and external cost reporting, day one final accounting and contract advice. Clients include Grosvenor Estates, confidential diplomatic clients, Duke of Westminster, high profile actors, CEO and Directors of numerous financial institutions. Specialist in historical refurbishment.
