I lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of Desiknio electric bikes, with full ownership from concept and industrial design through engineering, sourcing, production, and post-sales operations. As Product Manager at Desiknio, I oversee the entire lifecycle of our electric bikes, from initial development to production and post-sales support. My responsibilities include managing the Bill of Materials (BOM), defining bike specifications, and ensuring that all components meet our high-quality standards. I collaborate closely with suppliers, including Mahle, to ensure seamless production and maintain accurate master files. I also handle warranty-related issues, manage inventory, and create cost comparison analyses to optimize component sourcing and assembly efficiency.
