Boosted team productivity by automating data processes within spreadsheets and collaborating with developers to roll out Microsoft Power Automate across multiple DPU branches, optimizing workflows across departments. Engineered web solutions with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; managed and enhanced the Moodle learning platform; and applied advanced programming logic to drive greater operational efficiency and deliver faster, more accurate results.

I was part of the team responsible for financial reporting, people management, and fostering relationships between clients and development teams. I utilized tools such as Microsoft Excel and Office to analyze and monitor results, facilitated communication across departments, and contributed to process automation and efficiency by developing solutions with TypeScript and JavaScript.

I worked as the Leader of Image and Publicity at CJR, where I was responsible for coordinating teams focused on marketing, branding development, and communication strategies. I used Figma for designing and prototyping visual materials, and Ubuntu as my main environment for productive project organization. I applied the OKR methodology to define and track team goals, developed interpersonal skills, and promoted a collaborative work environment. I was recognized for team leadership, fostering creativity, strategic alignment, and the ongoing evolution of image and publicity processes.

As Image and Publicity Advisor at CJR, I was part of the design and communication team, driving branding projects, marketing campaigns, and visual identity initiatives. I used Figma and Canva to create and prototype impactful visual content for digital channels and also contributed to web development using HTML5 and React for company projects. I adopted agile methodologies and Kanban to optimize the workflow of the junior team, ensuring efficient delivery of creative projects and fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within a multidisciplinary group.

During my time as a Trainee at CJR, I improved my skills in Git and Linux and developed teamwork abilities by collaborating on an initial web development project. I participated in creating an animal blog using React and Node.js, where users could register, log in, publish content, like, and comment on posts. This experience provided me with practical knowledge in code versioning, integration of modern technologies, and effective group collaboration, paving the way for my future contributions in software development.

During my time as a Tutor in the Computer Programming Algorithm course at the University of Brasília, I was responsible for reviewing and preparing problem sets, providing support in resolving students’ questions, and assisting their development in Python. I exercised analytical skills in identifying and explaining code errors, applied software analysis techniques to evaluate the logic and structure of submitted solutions, and managed the classroom environment, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused atmosphere. This experience strengthened my ability to review code with attention to detail, communicate technical concepts clearly, and encourage critical thinking among students, including those from Indigenous Communities.

I served as a Teaching Assistant (Monitor) in the Computer Programming Algorithm course at the University of Brasília, where I assisted students individually by answering questions and supporting them in solving exercises during scheduled one-on-one sessions. My role focused on providing personalized guidance outside of class, reviewing Python code, identifying errors, and helping students understand programming logic. This experience enhanced my analytical skills, patience, and ability to clearly communicate technical concepts, contributing to students’ academic growth and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
