I have been coding with MedDRA and WHODrug for Phase I-IV clinical trials and pharmacovigilance/safety data since 1998. I have managed projects and people successfully and am strong in fostering positive and productive working relationships. I've held leadership positions in both operational and technical roles and enjoy a blend of both in my daily activities. I have also managed phase I clinical trials as a Primary Clinical Data Manager. In addition to my interests and goals in coding, I have special interest in process development and training.
