I specialize in school consultation and training. As a BCBA and certified special education teacher, I have a unique insight as to the struggles that teachers, therapists, and paraprofessionals face on a daily basis. I will work with you and your staff to develop a high quality ABA program by providing hands-on training and professional development opportunities. Additionally, I work with families to set up home-based ABA programs. * Ensures completion of behavior support team records * Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and write Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) * Provides positive behavioral support and strategy training to school-wide staff * Makes necessary antecedent manipulations including curricular revisions and provide training on specific replacement behavior protocols * Reviews and provides training on Behavior Intervention Plans with classroom staff, collect staff signatures. * Enters FBAs, BIPs, social emotional goals, behavior reduction programs, and progress for each quarter on IEP Direct. * Coordinates the internal review committee for the school, generate the agenda and meeting minutes. * Reporting, tracking and filing of reportable behavioral incidents. * Attends CSE Meetings, Special Review Committee and Human rights Committee.
