I am a dynamic personality that will give whatever it takes to get the job done. I have a drive that comes from within to excel and at times to a fault that I would rather do it then allow someone to do it wrong and have to fix it. As I have gotten older I now realize the idea of teaching my skills and allowing people to learn on their own and in their own way. I strive for excellence and as my employer I will give you what you pay for. I have made money because I wont let projects or deadlines stand in my way of the end result. Tenacious, caring, teaching and above all respectable. I bring so much to the table that can do more than just fill a position and this is why I now work for myself. I do consult for businesses that are struggling and are not quite sure why, I help them figure it out and re-train employees on proper customer service skills. Like the old saying goes "When the cat's away, the mice do play" if you can't always be there to see what your employees are doing, you can't be sure they are representing your business in the best light. That's where I come in and help.
